Improving Elasticity and Flexibility

In order to maintain healthy biomechanics, it is important to improve suppleness and flexibility.  By remaining flexible, we can ensure that each movement the horse makes during ridden work remains supple and any chance of 'rigidity' is kept to a minimum.

If the horse is working in an extended 'hollow' frame, their movements will likely become rigid and stilted.  By keeping the muscles an fascia supple, the horse is able to apply correct flexion to the spinal column and build correct musculature and topline.
